What's Your
Adventure?
“My artistic purpose is to enrich the journey.
To tickle the fantasy
that lies dormant in each of us,
under the tightly woven layers of daily life.
Viewing one of my finished artworks
is like looking through a keyhole,
and with every passing glance,
a different moment or a feeling is unveiled.
Capturing these moments
caresses our core
and in some primal way,
we become more rooted, less stressed
and the layers of our sensual self,
begin to bloom.
My artworks are intentionally earthy.
The "found" object in its imperfect state,
carries a feeling and a message.
They have a deeper vibration than new
store-bought materials/trinkets/objects.
Weathered wood, a vintage scrap of wallpaper,
a piece of iron gate found in the tall grass,
- each has seen life.
I acquire materials and objects
because they speak to me and eventually
they play a role in the piece I am creating."
